Strategic Planning-- Development/review of your strategic plan to create a great scope of work strategy for implementation and evaluation. Using the Strategic Prevention Framework as a guide, many clients I have worked with now have a direction for prevention services over a five year period of time. Making sure your plan works across other departments and divisions will be included. Support for vision development, creating a mission, implementation and updates are also available. Long-term sustainability of projects can be addressed. |
